1. Shipping Times

  • United States (Contiguous 48 States): 3-7 business days
  • Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories: 7-14 business days
  • International Orders: Contact hello@drinkhale.com for availability and timing

These timeframes may be affected by periods of high demand, holidays, or external circumstances beyond our control.

2. Shipping Costs

  • Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States
  • Shipping costs for Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, and international destinations will be calculated at checkout

3. Order Tracking

You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped. You can use this number to monitor your package's delivery status.

4. Address Changes

If you need to modify your shipping address, please contact us immediately at hello@drinkhale.com. We cannot guarantee address changes once your order has been processed and shipped.

5. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@drinkhale.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of any damage (if applicable)

We will evaluate your case and send a replacement or issue a refund as necessary.

6. Customs and Import Duties

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping costs.
